Return Policy
Return Instructions:
- 15 days for refunds.
- 30 days for exchanges & store credit.
When returning products, please make sure product is in its original condition. Also include a copy of the receipt.
Returns post marked 15 days after the original date of purchase will be given store credit only. Returns post marked after 30 days of the original date of purchase are not accepted.
- Store credit which can be used online or in our store.
- Credit in the original form of payment (cash or credit card).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Captains Closet is at fault for shipping the wrong products, or if the products are defective.
There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are not defective.
